Admitted to practice in Florida, Devan has years of experience in real estate, title and land use law. Devan graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Gustavus Adolphus College and earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of St. Thomas School of Law in Minneapolis. Prior to attending Gustavus, Devan studied at the Center for Talent Development at Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois beginning at the age of 13. Devan resides in Fort Lauderdale, Florida with his wife and four children. Devan is a huge EDM (electronic dance music) fan, as all of his neighbors are thoroughly aware.
